Rancho Students Participate in Pat's Run
Rancho Solano students and staff
took part in the annual Pat’s Run in Tempe on Saturday April 17th.
Pat’s Run is held in honor of Pat Tillman, who was killed in
Afghanistan in 2004 while serving in the 75th Ranger Regiment. The
4.2 mile run ends on the 42 yard line of Sun Devil Stadium; Pat
Tillman wore #42 for the Arizona State University football team and
later played for the Arizona Cardinals before enlisting after 9/11.

Rancho Solano Posts Record Medal Count in State Science
Fair
Following a series of
campus-specific science fairs, Rancho Solano was pleased to send
its first through fourth place campus science fair winners to the
Intel-sponsored 2010 Arizona State Science and Engineering
Fair.

Meritas Games Video
See the video link below regarding the 2009 Meritas Games &
Fine Arts Festival, which will take place in Orlando, Florida
on December 1st -5th . This year’s spectacular event
brings students from all Meritas Family of Schools together to
compete in athletics and/or study, learn, and perform fabulous
music together. Last year, Rancho Solano won the coveted Meritas
Cup and we are looking forward to returning and retaining the
prestigious title. |
Rancho Names New Executive Athletic Director
Rancho Solano Preparatory is
proud to introduce Mr. Matthew Harris as the newest member of the
Rancho Solano family. Matt will be serving as the new Executive
Athletic Director overseeing athletics for all of Rancho Solano. He
earned his BA degree in English Education from Concordia College in
Moorhead, Minnesota and his Master's degree in Education Leadership
from Northern Arizona University.

Students from the Missouri Campus Go to Work!
On April 14th, the fourth and
fifth graders from the Missouri Campus of Rancho Solano Private
Schools went on a field trip sponsored by Junior Achievement called
“JA Biz Town”.
